北水資金繼續追捧科網股,美團-W(03690)、騰訊(00700)、快手-W(01024)分別獲淨買入11.92億、3.62億、5170萬港元。消息面上,國海證券發佈港股互聯網2022年策略分析報告稱,今年以來,伴隨着針對互聯網細分業務的監管政策相繼發佈落實,互聯網整體行情持續下行,目前多數頭部互聯網企業已經處於歷史估值低位水平。港股未來有望迎來更多優質標的,隨着板塊估值修復,有望迴歸較大資金流入行情。天風證券近日表示,監管措施的推進情況仍是互聯網板塊的核心矛盾,考慮前期政策的悲觀預期和歷史估值下限,不必悲觀,而是觀察邊際變化,催化劑可能來自政策靴子落地。
電力股再獲加倉,華潤電力(00836)、中國電力(02380)分別獲淨買入1.69億、5849萬港元。消息面上,交銀國際發佈研報稱,有媒體報道,主要發電企業與發改委價格司再度會面,要求煤炭長期合同價格的中軸價設定在每噸600元人民幣左右,低於此前徵求意見稿提出的700元。該行認爲,將長期合同中軸價格談判至低於每噸700元存在難度,因爲目前的年度合同價格仍爲750元左右。此外,交銀相信,火電價格聯動機制更趨於明確或成爲火電企業的中期催化劑。維持中國電力和華潤電力的“買入”評級。
青島啤酒股份(00168)獲淨買入1.69億港元。消息面上,高盛發表報告指,受疫情、成本壓力及更廣泛的消費行業向下重評影響,啤酒股股價年初至今下跌了15%。但該行認爲啤酒行業的高端化趨勢仍然穩健,在受疫情影響的過去兩年的年均複合增長率仍有9%至10%。展望未來,高盛相信行業會維持雙位數增長、產品均價繼續上升及毛利率擴張。該行將青島啤酒評級由“中性”上調至“買入”目標價由84港元升至87港元。
碧桂園服務(06098)獲淨買入1.35億港元。消息面上,碧桂園服務此前公告稱,配股募資約80.03億港元,用途爲併購、業務拓展及一般經營。據悉,這是碧桂園服務第三次配股籌資,前兩次配股分別募集104.24億港元和77.5億港元。值得一提的是,前三季度物管行業收併購金額已超過320億元。而截至2021年10月底,單筆併購金額超過10億元的共有6起,其中4起由碧桂園服務發起。交銀國際認爲,龍頭物管企業可繼續受惠於收併購的擴張。
吉利汽車(00175)獲淨買入4751萬港元。消息面上,美銀證券發研報指,維持吉利汽車“買入”評級,予目標價35港元,以反映其強勁銷售,星越L、星瑞和領克的銷量不斷上升,及極氪品牌下積極的產品發佈渠道,提供了更多的銷售增長空間。該行表示,吉利汽車今年首11個月總銷量同比增0.3%至117萬部,分別達至該行及集團全年銷量目標之89%及76%,符合該行預期。
長城汽車(02333)遭淨賣出2.86億港元。消息面上,瑞信發佈研究報告稱,維持長城汽車“跑贏大市”評級,預計明年銷量同比增46%至190萬輛,主要由於有多款新車推出,目標價41港元。報告中稱,公司11月銷量12.25萬輛,同比跌16%,跌幅大於中汽協公佈行業跌大約11%,表現疲弱主要由於哈弗品牌銷量跌32%。不過,在芯片供應改善下,集團11月銷量環比增9%。
此外,建設銀行(00939)、中芯國際(00981)分別獲淨買入1.01億、6610萬港元。而中國移動(00941)、工商銀行(01398)分別遭淨賣出1.79億、4072萬港元。
