睿智醫藥(300149.SZ):擬向生和堂借款不超3000萬元
格隆匯12月10日丨睿智醫藥(300149.SZ)公佈,公司為補充流動資金,公司擬以信用方式向廣東生和堂健康食品股份有限公司(“生和堂”)借款不超過3000萬元人民幣,借款額度有效期限最長不超過6個月,借款年利率為6.6%,計息方式按照借款實際使用天數計息。在滿足上述條件下,授權公司管理層辦理有關向關聯人借款事宜。
目前,公司持有生和堂32.59%的股份,公司董事長曾憲維擔任生和堂的董事。根據《深圳證券交易所創業板股票上市規則》等有關規定,此次交易構成關聯交易。
