永鼎股份(600105.SH):擬終止相關募投項目並將剩餘4.65億元募集資金永久補充流動資金
格隆匯12月10日丨永鼎股份(600105.SH)公佈,此次擬終止的可轉債募投項目:二期300噸光纖預製棒項目及年產1000萬芯公里光纖項目。截止2021年11月30日,可轉債募投項目終止後剩餘募集資金金額(含利息及尚未支付的項目尾款和質保金,實際金額以資金轉出當日專户餘額為準)為4.65億元,擬將全部用於永久性補充流動資金,後續公司對於尚未到期的合同款項在滿足付款條件時將予以繼續支付。同時授權經營層或經營層授權其指定的代理人辦理此次募集資金專户註銷等事宜。
