格隆匯12月10日丨延安必康(002411.SZ)公佈，公司控股子公司江蘇九九久科技有限公司(“九九久科技”)於2021年12月10日收到江蘇省如東沿海經濟開發區管理委員會下發的《關於江蘇九九久科技有限公司<新增40000噸/年六氟磷酸鋰項目>預審的函》、《關於江蘇九九久科技有限公司<新增20000噸/年超高分子量聚乙烯纖維項目>預審的函》。
《關於江蘇九九久科技有限公司<新增40000噸/年六氟磷酸鋰項目>預審的函》的具體內容：
江蘇省如東沿海經濟開發區管委會根據你公司的申請，組織了《新增40000噸/年六氟磷酸鋰項目》的初審，區相關部門對該項目進行了審查。審查認為，你公司擬投資建設的《新增40000噸/年六氟磷酸鋰項目》，符合如東洋口化學工業園重點發展鋰電池新材料的產業定位及發展規劃，原則同意該項目的落户並開展前期工作。待提交項目可行性研究報吿後，我區將按項目准入指導意見及申報流程開展具體審查工作。

江蘇省如東沿海經濟開發區管委會根據你公司的申請，組織了《新增20000噸/年超高分子量聚乙烯纖維項目》的初審，區相關部門對該項目進行了審查。審查認為，你公司擬投資建設的《新增20000噸/年超高分子量聚乙烯纖維項目》，符合如東洋口化學工業園化學纖維新材料的產業定位及發展規劃，原則同意該項目的落户並開展前期工作。待提交項目可行性研究報吿後，我區將按項目准入指導意見及申報流程開展具體審查工作。
公司正在與聘請的債務重組財務顧問華融證券股份有限公司積極有序推進“18必康01”債兑付工作，未完成償付前，資本性支出可能受到限制。待公司完成債券兑付後，公司擬計劃開展實施項目擴產工作，因此擴產計劃存在較大不確定性。
