美聯儲數據顯示,美國家庭財富截至第三季達144.7萬億美元,按季增加2.4萬億美元,增速爲新冠疫情復甦起始以來最小。
期內物業估值爲整體家庭財富增加約1.4萬億美元,持有股票估值則按季減少3,000億美元。家庭存款按季增加1,000億美元至10.7萬億美元。往來賬戶資金按季增加400億美元至3.71萬億美元。
美國家庭債務季內年化增長率6.2%,較第二季的7.8%放緩。非金融業務機構債務年化增長率3.9%,較第二季的1.8%加快。
