《全日總結》恆指升130點 金融及內房股造好 阿裏走弱

美國確診首宗新冠變種Omicron確診個案，美股道指倒跌461點或1.3%，港股在金融及內房股帶動下造好。恆指低開134點後掉頭上升，曾升148點見23,807點，全日升130或0.55%，收23,788點；國指升80點或0.95%，收8,506點；恆生科技指數跌41點或0.68%，收6,017點。大市全日成交總額1,475.63億元，滬、深港通南下交易分別淨流入5.38億及20.64億元人民幣。
科技股方面，阿裏巴巴(09988.HK)跌2.5%報122.6元，盤中低見120.1元本港上市新低。騰訊(00700.HK)升1%報473.6元，美團(03690.HK)升1.3%報247.8元，小米(01810.HK)跌0.2%報19.52元，京東(09618.HK)升0.2%，百度(09888.HK)跌0.3%。網易(09999.HK)旗下雲音樂(09899.HK)首日掛牌收199.9元，較上市價205元跌2.5%。網易升1.2%報177.7元。
國家文旅部[加強網絡文化市場未成年人保護工作，有效規範「金錢打賞」，嗶哩嗶哩(09626.HK)跌6.6%報485元，快手(01024.HK)跌3.6%報84.25元。
此外，閱文(00772.HK)、平安好醫生(01833.HK)及萬國數據(09698.HK)各跌3.2%至3.9%，中軟(00354.HK)、祖龍娛樂(09990.HK)及微盟(02013.HK)各跌4.4%，汽車之家(02518.HK)跌9%。攜程(09961.HK)升3.3%。電競設備股雷蛇(01337.HK)獲主席等溢價5.6%提私有化，股價不升反跌7.9%報2.46元。
碧桂園等三間內房企業擬在銀行間市場發行中期票據，房企融資持續穩定暢通，內房股造好，藍籌內房股中海外(00688.HK)、龍湖(00960.HK)、潤地(01109.HK)及碧桂園(02007.HK)各升2.5%至4.1%。此外，世茂(00813.HK)及融創(01918.HK)各升5.1%及4.9%，恆大系方面，中國恆大(03333.HK)升3.2%，恆大物業(06666.HK)及恆大汽車(00708.HK)各跌3.5%及13.4%。
金融股普遍造好，匯控(00005.HK)升1.1%報44元，友邦(01299.HK)升0.5%報82.85元。中證監指禁止VIE企業境外上市消息不屬實，港交所(00388.HK)跌0.6%報432元。券商股廣發(01776.HK)、中金(03908.HK)、中信建投(06066.HK)及中國銀河(06881.HK)各升4.1%至4.9%。
其他股份方面，中國電力(02380.HK)折讓12.4%配股淨籌逾38億元，股價跌12.2%報3.81元。藥明生物(02269.HK)跌4.8%。
