恆實科技(300513.SZ)：參與項目榮獲2021年度中國電力科學技術進步獎二等獎
格隆匯11月30日丨恆實科技(300513.SZ)公佈，近日，公司與國網冀北電力有限公司、清華大學、華北電力大學、北京郵電大學、國家電網公司華北分部、北京電力交易中心有限公司、中國電力科學研究院有限公司、北京科東電力控制系統有限責任公司、華為技術有限公司、冀北電力交易中心有限公司等共同參與的“面向能源互聯網的虛擬電廠調控與運營關鍵技術及應用”項目獲得由中國電機工程學會和中國電力科學技術獎勵工作辦公室授予的“2021年度中國電力科學技術進步獎二等獎”。
公司該次獲獎項目為“面向能源互聯網的虛擬電廠調控與運營關鍵技術及應用”，該項目提出“信息-能量-價值”多層級融合的虛擬電廠標準化架構體系，以及IEC虛擬電廠用例技術標準，填補了國際空白，具有重要的引領與示範意義；提出基於D2D(Device to Device)的虛擬電廠信息安全傳輸技術，實現了分佈式靈活資源的低成本便捷接入和綜合安全效益優化提升；構建了虛擬電廠聚合調度、雙向互動的信息物理融合平台，實現了秒級的快速調控響應；提出面向虛擬電廠多能異質資源的標準化建模、優化調度和閉環控制技術，推動了營銷、調度、交易之間在業務模型與信息結構上的高度融合，實現了虛擬電廠面向分佈式能源資源的多層級互動和精準響應。
該項目的技術成果進一步增強了能源互聯網環境下分佈式靈活性資源對電網支撐服務能力，降低了分佈式資源對電網帶來的不確定性影響，提升了電網的安全穩定性、實現了電網對分佈式資源靈活性的充分消納和資源利用的最大化，長期來看將增大電網對分佈式資源運行調控的能力。
該項目首創虛擬電廠參與調峯輔助服務的市場機制與商業模式，提出了大規模多元用户標準化接入和虛擬電廠互動運營技術，構建了電力市場環境下開放共享的能源互聯生態。
目前，恆實科技在虛擬電廠領域扮演聚合商、技術提供商兩類角色，開展包括：電力市場交易、綜合能源改造、多能互補優化運營、技術服務業務等方向業務。該次獲獎將對公司在虛擬電廠領域的業務發展產生積極影響，目前尚無法預測其對公司業績的影響。
