光明地產(600708.SH):擬協議轉讓東平小鎮公司100%股權及相應股東借款
格隆匯11月29日丨光明地產(600708.SH)公佈,公司擬通過上海聯合產權交易所協議轉讓全資子公司光明食品集團上海東平小鎮農場有限公司100%股權及相應股東借款,本次交易涉及合計金額為人民幣14.63億元。
經初步測算,如本次交易完成,預計將實現歸屬母公司的淨利潤約為人民幣1.7億元(上述數據未經審計,對公司淨利潤影響額以註冊會計師年度審計數據為準)。
本次交易完成後,公司將不再持有東平小鎮公司及其下屬全資子公司明博置業的股權。
