龍馬環衞(603686.SH)：中文名稱擬變更為“福龍馬集團股份有限公司”
格隆匯11月29日丨龍馬環衞(603686.SH)公佈，公司設立至今，在環衞裝備領域經過近二十年的深耕細作，並在環衞相關業務領域不斷探索創新與發展壯大，逐漸形成了以“環衞裝備+環衞服務”為主，“固廢處理+國際業務”為輔的全環衞產業鏈戰略佈局，業務範圍包括環衞裝備的研發、生產與銷售，以及環衞產業運營服務，固廢處置業務等。當前公司名稱已經不能完全體現公司的實際經營範圍和業務特點，為準確反映公司主業情況和戰略定位，公司名稱變更情況如下：
1、擬將中文名稱由“福建龍馬環衞裝備股份有限公司”變更為“福龍馬集團股份有限公司”(最終以工商核准登記為準)。
2、擬將英文名稱由“Fujian Longma Environmental Sanitation Equipment Co., Ltd.”變更為“FULONGMA GROUP Co.,Ltd.”(最終以工商核准登記為準)。
此次更名旨在更直觀彰顯公司業務發展和戰略發展方向，未來公司將堅持聚焦主業，提升專業服務能力，推動產業高質量發展。
政府部門為建立社會一體化的標準地址應用體系對區域地名進行統一規劃，公司原註冊地址名稱為“龍巖經濟開發區”，現地址名稱已變更為“福建省龍巖市新羅區東肖鎮東華社區龍騰南路42號”，公司註冊地址未發生實際變更，僅進行地址更名。本次變更公司將向市場監督管理部門申請變更公司《營業執照》的註冊地址名稱，最終地址名稱以工商核准登記為準。
公司首次公開發行股票募集資金建設項目“環衞專用車輛和環衞裝備擴建項目”於2018年建設完成及公司使用自有資金投資建設的“環衞專用車輛和環衞裝備擴建二期項目”主體生產車間基本建成，今年年初，公司環衞裝備的生產製造全部遷至新廠房，而原有生產場所作為公司的研發基地，結合公司實際經營情況與發展需要，現擬增設經營場所：福建省龍巖市永定區高陂鎮平在村北環路5號，最終地址名稱以工商核准登記為準。
