廣州發展(600098.SH)：擬在新鋪鎮域內投建“農光互補”、“漁光互補”、“光儲充一體化”等複合型光伏項目
格隆匯11月23日丨廣州發展(600098.SH)公佈，公司全資子公司廣州發展新能源股份有限公司(“新能源公司”)於2021年11月23日在梅州市蕉嶺縣與梅州市蕉嶺縣新鋪鎮人民政府(“新浦鎮政府”)簽署《蕉嶺縣新鋪鎮人民政府廣州發展新能源股份有限公司新鋪鎮“光伏小鎮”示範項目戰略合作協議》，合作內容如下：
新能源公司在新鋪鎮域內投資建設“農光互補”、“漁光互補”、“光儲充一體化”等複合型光伏項目，並利用轄內公共設施、工商業等合適的屋頂及房前屋後空地，建設若干小型屋頂或地面光伏電站。按需配置儲能、配網、氫能等新能源相關配套設施。規劃裝機總規模220MW，總投資約9億人民幣。其中全鎮屋頂光伏項目裝機20MW，地面光伏複合項目裝機規模200MW。新浦鎮政府充分利用光伏板下空間資源進行投資開發，開展特色產品種養殖。
新浦鎮政府依據現行政策及當地招商引資的有關規定，為新能源公司在新鋪鎮域內的項目規劃、資源配置、行政許可、外部配套等方面提供優質服務和優惠政策，全力支持新能源公司在新鋪鎮進行地面光伏項目、屋頂(分佈式)光伏項目、儲能、充電樁項目等新能源領域的戰略投資開發、建設和運營；並協助新能源公司完成項目的選址規劃、電網接入許可、電網消納、獲取氣象資料和環境資料、土地使用、商務批准等工作；負責將項目列入發展規劃，為新能源公司項目建設及運營創造有利條件。在同等情況下，新能源公司作為光伏發電及儲能等清潔能源項目的首選合作投資方，雙方合作期間不再引入其他合作對象。
新能源公司此次簽訂戰略合作協議，是公司貫徹省市駐鎮幫扶工作要求、助力新鋪鎮產業發展的具體實踐。公司將充分利用產業優勢，展示新能源產業助力鄉村振興的示範引領作用，進一步帶動區域發展，並以新鋪鎮“光伏小鎮”模式為基礎，不斷創新優化，積極探索鄉村振興新模式，將美麗鄉村建設、鄉村振興與企業產業發展緊密結合，實現多方共贏，賦能鄉村振興，實現綠色低碳發展。
