ZA Tech牽手Klook，發力旅遊保險創新
11月23日，眾安科技國際有限公司(“ZA Tech”)宣佈攜手全球領先的休閒旅遊預訂平台Klook成立合資公司，發揮雙方在保險科技及旅遊運營方面的專長，為世界各地的消費者提供更豐富、更便捷的旅遊保險產品，合作將以Klook的9個本地市場為起點，助力環球消費者暢通無阻地購買線上旅遊保險產品。
ZA Tech將向Klook輸出自主研發的科技解決方案Fusion，通過前沿的保險科技助力Klook連接更多保險公司合作伙伴，同時還將輸出包括保險產品設計、保險平台搭建等系列能力。據悉，合作啟動後，Klook也將以亞太區為重心，於今年年底前陸續在平台上引入旅遊相關的保險產品。同時，安盛和安達將成為首批與Klook合作的保險公司，在Klook平台上推出多款產品。
Klook也將藉助ZA Tech在不同市場累積的消費者洞見，進一步推動產品創新，加深客户互動並提高保險滲透率。Klook企業發展副總裁孫傳勝表示，“疫情無疑改變了我們旅遊的方式。在跨境旅遊重啟後，客户將需要更高程度的保障。我們很高興能與ZA Tech展開這項極具意義的合作，成為全球首個在多個市場推出完整旅遊相關保險系列的旅遊平台。在此合作框架下，我們將進一步簡化客户的旅遊歷程，讓他們從旅遊相關保險至旅程的綜合體驗，都能發掘、預訂和購買他們所需。”

新冠肺炎疫情持續，預計將在跨境旅遊重啟後帶動旅遊保險的需求。據全球旅遊保險行業市場調研數據顯示，2020年旅遊保險的全球市場份額預計達215億美元，在2027年預計將達到337億美元。
楊陽認為，這次合作結合ZA Tech領先業界的科技解決方案及Klook龐大的市場網絡，有信心讓用户在合適的場景輕鬆獲取最貼身的保險產品，重新定義旅遊體驗。
