陳唱國際(00693.HK)出售新加坡物業期權 料獲收益1.7億元
陳唱國際(00693.HK)公布,間接全資附屬陳唱實業向CDL Aries授予認購期權,期權費為631.5萬坡元(相當於3,631.13萬港元),可按期權協議所載條款及條件以售價購買物業連同廠房及設備。而CDL Aries已同意向陳唱實業授予認沽期權,以期權協議的相互契諾為代價,內容關於買賣物業連同廠房及設備,售價為1.26億坡元(約7.26億港元)。
物業包括整個713K號地段,99950N號地段,1763K號地段及1766L號地段,全部位於MUKIM14,連同其上興建的樓宇,地盤合計總面積約為16,630平方米,並位於武吉知馬路上段798號新加坡郵編678138及武吉知馬路上段800號新加坡郵編678139。
集團估計,將於出售事項完成時錄得未經審核收益為2,976.6萬坡元(約1.7億港元)。
