粵水電(002060.SZ)：擬投資41.5億元建源網荷儲一體化綜合能源管理項目
格隆匯11月18日丨粵水電(002060.SZ)公佈，2021年11月17日，公司與廣東省珠海市富山工業園管理委員會(“富山管委會”)簽訂《富山工業園源網荷儲一體化綜合能源管理項目投資框架協議》。富山管委會同意公司在富山工業園區內投資建設源網荷儲一體化綜合能源管理項目，具體建設內容為分佈式光伏項目、儲能項目、綜合能源管理中心、智慧停車場等項目，項目總投資約41.50億元，公司將利用自有資金和金融機構貸款等進行投資。
屋頂分佈式光伏項目和儲能項目的實施須取得廣東省珠海市斗門區發展和改革局備案。
建設內容：擬投資建設源網荷儲一體化綜合能源管理項目，具體建設內容為分佈式光伏項目、儲能項目、綜合能源管理中心、智慧停車場等項目，項目總投資約41.5億元，每年可為園區提供電量約8.6億kwh，可減少碳排放約35萬噸。
項目規模：
1.屋頂分佈式光伏項目
充分利用富山管委會園區內工商業屋頂建設分佈式光伏項目。首期利用現有建築物屋頂，擬建設200MW以上分佈式光伏項目，後續根據園區開發進度，計劃建設150MW以上分佈式光伏項目，總投資約15億元。光伏項目年發電量約3.5億kwh。
2.儲能項目
針對目前園區內用電緊缺問題，結合廣東省峯平谷電價政策，根據園區用電情況，首期擬投資建設300MW以上儲能電站，充放電2h以上，二期根據園區開發情況及用電負荷，計劃投資建設400MW以上儲能電站，充放電2h 以上，總投資約21億元。儲能電站年供應電量約5.1億kwh。
3.綜合能源管理中心
公司擬在園區內建設綜合能源管理中心，投資約5000萬元。通過數據分析，對光伏及儲能供電情況進行合理的調度控制，保障安全、穩定及合法合規用電。
4.智慧停車場
根據相關規劃，公司擬在園區內建設大型智慧停車場，同時配置智能充電樁，滿足園區內家用車輛、運輸卡車等新能源車輛充電需求，總投資約5億元。
