莎莎(00178.HK):有信心下半年香港業務虧損比上半年收窄
莎莎國際(00178.HK)主席及行政總裁郭少明在業績記者會上指,香港整體銷售持續上升,今年10月1日至11月14日,零售銷售錄得15.9%按年增幅,同店銷售則升23.4%,而11月至今零售增長表現更優於10月份,認爲目前本港消費意慾良好,聖誕銷情將理想,料下半財年個別月份收支平衡,並有信心下半年香港業務虧損比上半年收窄。
郭少明指,目前對本港通關看法不算太樂觀,因預料初期只是有限度通關,但對生意都會有幫助,並指會繼續關閉租金過高或貢獻不多的店鋪,下半年料關5至8間店,主要集中在遊客區,預計至明年3月底的港澳店鋪總將會按年減少15至18間。
另外,首席財務總監及執行董事陸楷提到,集團將重點發展線上及內地業務,長遠目標爲港澳以外銷售佔比升至50%以上。
