華統股份(002840.SZ)：與國家電投集團浙江新能源簽訂“碳中和”綜合智慧能源項目合作框架協議
格隆匯11月17日丨華統股份(002840.SZ)公佈，2021年11月17日，公司與國家電投集團浙江新能源有限公司簽訂了《“碳中和”綜合智慧能源項目合作框架協議》，雙方就共同投資開發綜合智慧能源項目達成戰略合作意向。
甲方：浙江華統肉製品股份有限公司，乙方：國家電投集團浙江新能源有限公司；合作內容如下：
1、乙方在甲方所屬的養殖場區等及配套建築新建分佈式光伏發電系統，根據甲方用能需求，配套建設風能、潮汐能、光充儲一體化系統、換電站、微風發電、供冷熱系統及綜合智慧控制系統等綜合供能單元，為甲方提供清潔能源電力，採取“自發自用、餘電上網”模式。
2、打造智慧能源“碳中和”示範項目，雙方本着“安全第一、先易後難、分步實施、分期建設”的原則，項目公司負責具體開發、建設、運營管理，為甲方提供“碳中和”效益的同時，為項目投資人帶來合理的收益。建設規模、合作模式另行商洽。
3、雙方共同開發整縣(市、 區)推進屋頂分佈式光伏開發工作；積極推進實施分佈式太陽能光伏發電，積極推動農光互補、漁光互補、建築光伏一體化等模式，就具體項目的開發、合作，雙方另行簽署相關協議。
為積極響應國家“碳達峯、碳中和”戰略部署，深入落實“國民經濟和社會發展第十四個五年規劃和2035 年遠景目標綱要”，加快綠色低碳轉型發展和清潔能源結構優化，推動養殖業和電力產業深度融合發展，勇當“碳達峯、碳中和”先行兵，公司通過與國家電投集團浙江新能源有限公司在綜合智慧能源開發和應用領域的深度合作，共同為國家早日實現“碳達峯、碳中和”目標做出貢獻。
公司此次是通過與國家電投集團浙江新能源有限公司設立子公司方式進行投資合作，新建“碳中和”綜合智慧能源項目，不但有利於公司實現綠色能源自給降低生產能耗成本，緩解用電緊張，而且還可以通過餘電上網獲得額外收益。此外，合作雙方若未來能順利推進開發整市、縣、區實施分佈式太陽能光伏發電，還將有助於公司創造新的利潤增長點，提升競爭力。
