網易-S(09999.HK)第三季度未淨收入達222億元 淨利潤32億元
格隆匯11月16日丨網易-S(09999.HK)公佈截至2021年9月30日的第三季度未經審計財務業績，淨收入為人民幣222億元(34億美元)，同比增加18.9%。其中，在線遊戲服務淨收入為人民幣159億元(25億美元)，同比增加14.7%；有道淨收入為人民幣14億元(215.3百萬美元)，同比增加54.8%；創新及其他業務淨收入為人民幣49億元(761.1百萬美元)，同比增加25.7%。
期內，毛利潤為人民幣118億元(18億美元)，同比增加19.5%。歸屬於公司股東的淨利潤為人民幣32億元(4.938億美元)。非公認會計准則下歸屬於公司股東的淨利潤為人民幣39億元(5.987億美元)。基本每股淨利潤為0.15美元(基本每股美國存托股淨利潤為0.74美元)。非公認會計准則下基本每股淨利潤為0.18美元(基本每股美國存托股淨利潤為0.90美元)。
董事會批准了2021年第三季度股利，為每股0.0450美元(每股美國存托股0.2250美元)，將分別以美元支付給，於北京/香港時間和紐約時間2021年12月1日休市後登記在冊的普通股持有人和美國存托股持有人。
2021 年第三季度和近期運營要點：
• 推出了多款不同種類的新遊戲，繼續拓寬遊戲品類並增強了國際影響力： 《永劫無間》於 8 月在全球上線後打破了國產買斷制遊戲的銷售記錄，登頂 Steam 銷量榜首，並連續多周保持暢銷前五。《哈利波特：魔法覺醒》於 9 月上線後連續多日位居中國 iOS 暢銷榜和下載榜榜首。? 其他在中國上線的新遊戲包括：《王牌競速》、《無盡的拉格朗日》和《超激鬥夢境》等。 《The Lord of the Rings: Rise to War》在歐洲、美洲、大洋洲和東南亞等地上線。
• 該季度，旗艦遊戲產品如《夢幻西遊》和《大話西遊》系列繼續保持着高人氣。
• 繼續豐富遊戲開發的產品線，即將推出多款備受期待的遊戲新品：《絕對演繹》、《永劫無間》主機版本、《暗黑破壞神®：不朽™》和《倩女幽魂隱世錄》等，並將在海外市場推出《哈利波特：魔法覺醒》。
• 有道進一步提升了其作為教育科技提供商的地位，穩步發展 STEAM 課程、成人教育和智能硬件業務。
• 網易雲音樂通過不斷在內容生態和產品創新方面的發力，持續加深用户在音樂社區的參與度，其財務數據亦表現強勁。
