A股異動 | 中信證券一度跌逾4% 不超280億元配股方案獲批
格隆匯11月16日丨中信證券(600030.SH)一度跌逾4%,低見24.11元創約三個月新低,最新總市值3159億元。11月15日,證監會發審委審核通過了中信證券的配股申請。根據方案,中信證券A股與H股股東配股比例均為每10股配售1.5股。在中信證券的本次募資用途中,資本中介業務佔據了絕大部分。不超280億元的總募資額中,將有不超190億元用於資本中介業務。值得一提的是,今年6月,中信證券第一大股東便承諾將全額認購可獲配股份。
