《盈警響號》建中建設(00589.HK)料首三季盈轉虧 蝕880萬人幣
建中建設(00589.HK)發盈警,預期截至2021年9月30日止九個月將由盈轉虧,錄得淨虧損約880萬元人民幣,對比去年同期錄得淨利潤約5,490萬元人民幣,主要歸因於期內貿易應收款項、應收票據及合約資產的個別損失準備及預期信貸損失增加;建築服務毛利率下降;研發費用增加;受員工成本及融資成本增加。
公司表示,預計相關不利因素將於截至2021年12月31日止年度繼續影響集團及經營環境,因此預計截至2021年12月31日止年度的經營業績將按年大幅惡化。
