中偉股份(300919.SZ)：與SungEel Hitech簽署戰略合作備忘錄
格隆匯11月10日丨中偉股份(300919.SZ)公佈，公司與SungEel Hitech Co. Ltd (“SungEel Hitech”)於2021年11月10日簽署《戰略合作備忘錄》。基於雙方在戰略合作方面的互補性和兼容性，為充分發揮雙方技術、資源等方面優勢，提升企業效益，實現合作共贏。雙方一致同意在在回收利用、濕法冶金、前驅體等層面建立全面合作關係。
通過備忘錄，雙方將在共同關心的領域開展合作，實現互利共贏，並決定共同努力實現共同目標。
A.雙方在中國的回收和濕法冶煉業務方面互相享有優先合作權。
B.如公司需要SungEel Hitech處理電池廢料，SungEel Hitech將盡力配合，給予公司未來3號工廠的優先使用權。
C.雙方擬在歐洲開展電池回收、拆解及濕法冶煉項目合作。雙方將共同研究該項目的可行性，如果可行，將制定合作方案。SungEel Hitech將努力從韓國公司收集電池廢料資源，公司將努力從中國公司收集電池廢料資源。
D.雙方期待建立全面的開放合作，在回收利用、濕法冶煉、前驅體等領域實現互利共贏。
SungEel HiTech是韓國一家電子廢物回收和精煉公司，致力於從廢舊鋰電池中回收重要的能源金屬。目前SungEel Hitech電池回收網絡遍及韓國、中國、匈牙利、波蘭、馬來西亞，具備每年處理24000噸鋰離子電池材料的能力，並計劃通過其韓國濕法冶金廠將其年產量提高至56000噸，用以回收鎳、鈷、錳和鋰等金屬材料。
公司與SungEel Hitech簽署戰略合作備忘錄有利於雙方建立長期、穩定的戰略合作關係，發揮雙方業務協同效應。此次合作符合公司的發展戰略，屬於公司產業鏈合作的重要舉措，為公司雙輪驅動戰略打下堅實的基礎。公司將與SungEel Hitech共同在全球完善廢舊電池回收網絡體系，海外濕法回收體系，構建並實現產業鏈的資源閉環，更好的服務下游客户。
