银河微电(688689.SH):拟发行可转债募资不超5亿元 用于车规级半导体器件产业化项目等
格隆汇11月10日丨银河微电(688689.SH)公布向不特定对象发行可转换公司债券预案,本次拟发行可转换公司债券总额不超过人民币5亿元(含本数)。
本次发行的可转换公司债券每张面值为人民币100.00元,按面值发行。本次发行的可转换公司债券期限为自发行之日起六年。
本次向不特定对象发行可转换公司债券拟募集资金总额不超过人民币5亿元(含本数),募集资金总额扣除发行费用后,拟4亿元用于车规级半导体器件产业化项目,拟1亿元用于补充流动资金。
