晶科科技(601778.SH)：與多地政府及企業簽署合作框架協議 預計建分佈式光伏電站項目裝機容量合計約516.3兆瓦
格隆匯11月8日丨晶科科技(601778.SH)公佈，為響應國家發展綠色能源、低碳經濟的號召，踐行“改變能源結構、承擔未來責任”的使命，公司全資子公司上海晶坪電力有限公司(“晶坪電力”)近日就推進整縣屋頂分佈式光伏開發試點工作與多地政府及企業簽署了合作框架協議，共同推進居民屋頂分佈式光伏電站項目開發，預計建設分佈式光伏電站項目裝機容量合計約516.3兆瓦。具體簽署情況如下：
(一)晶坪電力與高密市夏莊鎮人民政府(“夏莊鎮政府”)簽訂《推進分佈式光伏項目試點方案合作框架協議書》，夏莊鎮政府同意晶坪電力為夏莊鎮推進分佈式光伏項目開發的主體，在夏莊鎮行政範圍內依法依規開發建設新能源屋頂分佈式光伏項目。項目按照成熟一批開發一批的原則，以工業園區或者村級為單位落地實施。根據初步規劃情況，項目預計總裝機容量約300兆瓦。
(二)晶坪電力與江蘇華電崑山熱電有限公司(“崑山熱電”)籤訂《崑山經濟開發區整區推進合作協議》，鑑於崑山熱電已在崑山經濟開發區籤訂200兆瓦整區推進分佈式項目，崑山熱電擬與晶坪電力共同在江蘇省崑山經濟技術開發區內就分佈式光伏屋頂項目、光儲一體化項目開展實質推動工作，併成立聯合工作小組，積極開展各自在崑山經開區及周邊項目資源的共同開發工作。
崑山熱電成立於2014年2月21日，註冊資本45600萬元人民幣，主要從事電力、蒸汽生產及銷售；電力項目的投資、管理；電力技術諮詢服務；自有設備及房屋租賃。華電江蘇能源有限公司和徐州礦務集團有限公司分別持有崑山華電60%和40%的股權。崑山熱電為中國華電集團有限公司間接控股的下屬公司，最終實際控制人為國務院國有資產監督管理委員會。
(三)晶坪電力與武川縣哈樂鎮人民政府(“哈樂鎮政府”)簽訂《關於整區屋頂分佈式光伏項目合作開發協議》，哈樂鎮政府同意晶坪電力(包括晶坪電力在當地設立的項目公司)為整區推進分佈式光伏開發主體，在哈樂鎮法定的行政區劃邊界內投資開發整區屋頂光伏項目，包括但不限於黨政機關屋頂、學校、醫院、村委會屋頂。項目總投資約3000萬元，可裝機容量約10兆瓦。
(四)晶坪電力與武川縣西烏蘭不浪鎮人民政府(“西烏蘭不浪鎮政府”)簽訂《關於整區屋頂分佈式光伏項目合作開發協議》，西烏蘭不浪鎮政府同意晶坪電力(包括晶坪電力在當地設立的項目公司)為整區推進分佈式光伏開發主體，在西烏蘭不浪鎮法定的行政區劃邊界內投資開發整區屋頂光伏項目，包括但不限於黨政機關屋頂、學校、醫院、村委會屋頂。項目總投資約1000萬元，可裝機容量約6.3兆瓦。
上述合作框架協議的簽署有利於公司充分利用在分佈式光伏領域積累的豐富經驗和技術優勢，在整縣推進領域形成高效的商業模式、獨特的競爭優勢和良好的品牌價值；有利於提高公司在以產業園區為載體的工商業分佈式光伏領域的資源開發能力、產品設計能力和運營管理能力，進一步強化公司在該細分領域的領先地位；也有利於合作各方發揮各自的優勢積極整合資源，探索建立利益共享機制，推動當地新能源的發展。
