格隆匯11月3日丨據IT之家, iPhone 13 系列中的A15處理器是用5nm工藝製造的。臺積電正在向3nm製造技術過渡,但在此過程中面臨挑戰。根據對蘋果之前芯片的分析,臺積電掙扎的結果是,iPhone的處理器將連續三年(包括 2022 年)停留在同一個芯片製造工藝上,這在其歷史上還是第一次。儘管有這些延遲,臺積電仍有望成爲第一個達到3nm的廠商,領先於英特爾和高通等其他芯片廠商。
