名仕快相(08483.HK):預計前九月税後淨虧不少於440萬港元
格隆匯10月29日丨名仕快相(08483.HK)發佈公吿,截至2021年9月30日止九個月,集團預計的税後淨虧損將不少於約440萬港元,而上年同期的税後淨虧損約180萬港元。導致該期間財務業績下降主要原因是由於所收取的新型冠狀病毒相關租金寬免的減少導致的其他收入減少約550萬港元;由於員工成本增加導致的行政開支增加約100萬港元;及被因已付╱應付授權費及使用權資產折舊減少導致毛利增加約330萬港元所部分抵銷。
