人行:三季度末金融機構人民幣貸款餘額按年增11.9%
人民銀行公佈統計數據顯示,2021年三季度末,金融機構人民幣各項貸款餘額189.46萬億元人民幣(下同),按年增長11.9%。今年三季度人民幣貸款增加16.72萬億元,按年多增4624億元。
2021年三季度末,人民幣房地產貸款餘額51.4萬億元,按年增長7.6%,低於各項貸款增速4.3個百分點,比上季末增速低1.9個百分點。今年首三季度增加3.03萬億元,佔同期各項貸款增量的18.1%,佔比較上季末下降0.8個百分點,比上年全年水平低7.3個百分點。
