《新股消息》京城佳業(02210.HK)明起招股 每手入場費4,024.15元
內地物業管理公司京城佳業(02210.HK)公佈招股詳情,計劃發售3,667.2萬股H股,當中10%在港公開發售,招股價介乎8.28至9.96元,每手400股,入場費4,024.15元;由明日(29日)至下週三(11月3日)公開招股,預計於11月10日掛牌上市。獨家保薦人及獨家全球協調人爲中金。
以招股價中位數9.12元計,公司預計所得款項淨額約爲2.78億元,當中60%將用於尋求與物業管理相關戰略投資及收購;25%將用於發展增值服務;10%將用於信息技術基礎設施及智能設備開發及升級;餘下10%爲營運資金。
公司將會引入2名基石投資者,合共認購9,000萬元人民幣。當中,Keltic將會認購5,500萬元人民幣,廣聯達(002410.SZ)則會認購3,500萬元人民幣。
