茂化實華(000637.SZ)：控股子公司有關裝置停產整改
格隆匯10月20日丨茂化實華(000637.SZ)公佈，近日，公司控股子公司茂名實華東成化工有限公司(下稱：東成公司)收到茂名高新技術產業開發區管理委員會下發的《停產整改通知書》，《停產整改通知書》要求：東成公司0.6萬噸／年乙醇胺裝置改擴建至2萬噸／年項目未取得節能審查機關出具的節能審查意見，但已投產使用，東成公司乙醇胺裝置立即停產，在2021年12月31日前完成整改，並在期限屆滿前將整改報吿及佐證材料加蓋公章後報市發展和改革局和高新區經濟發展局。
近日，公司控股子公司茂名實華東油化工有限公司(下稱：東油公司)收到茂名市茂南區發展和改革局下發的《繼續停產整改通知書》和《立即停產整改通知書》。《繼續停產整改通知書》要求：東油公司對未辦理節能審查的項目立即停止生產、使用，待通過上級部門節能審查後正式通知才能生產、用能。《立即停產整改通知書》要求：東油公司 1—9 月已超出合法用能額度，東油公司立即停止生產、使用。
收到上述通知後，公司、東成公司、東油公司認真重視,積極對待，從遵守國家法律法規、維護經濟健康發展大局出發，遵照和執行地方政府部門停產整改的要求，東成公司、東油公司隨即準備和制定停產方案，積極、穩妥、有序地推進停產整改，如實反映彙報溝通裝置實際情況，根據危險化學品生產週期長、安全難度大等特點，為確保安全環保和平穩停產，在基本用完退清裝置物料及罐存物料後，東成公司乙醇胺裝置和東油公司自10月20日起停產整改，停產涉及的裝置：東成公司2萬噸/年乙醇胺裝置；東油公司8萬噸/年MTBE裝置、32萬噸/年MTBE原料預處理裝置、16萬噸/年碳四萃取裝置。
上述裝置復產時間暫未能確定，本次停產整改對公司業績的具體影響尚無法準確預測。
公司、東成公司和東油公司將按政府部門要求，認真做好節能審查整改相關工作，並與政府部門就停產整改有關問題保持彙報溝通，積極尋求解決方法，力爭在期限屆滿前儘早完成本次節能審查整改。
公司將利用上述裝置停產整改的時機，統籌安排裝置設備檢修維護、安全治理及優化工藝控制等工作，儘量降低停產整改造成的不利影響，同時，公司將主動與供應商客户保持溝通，最大限度滿足客户對產品的需求。
