雙環傳動(002472.SZ)：與PPeT簽署預計銷售額約35.54億元的有關商務協議文件
格隆匯10月19日丨雙環傳動(002472.SZ)公佈，2021年10月19日，公司全資子公司雙環傳動(嘉興)精密製造有限公司(“雙環嘉興”)與Punch Powertrain PSA e-Transmissions NV (中文名稱：邦奇標緻雪鐵龍電氣化變速箱有限公司)(“PPeT”)簽署有關商務協議文件，雙方就新能源動力系統DT2項目批量供應有關事項達成合作。根據協議約定，在2022年至2028年期間，由雙環嘉興根據約定的供貨量每年向PPeT提供齒輪產品的供貨，協議生命週期內預計銷售金額約35.54億元人民幣，實際金額以具體訂單為準。
PPeT是由PSA集團(標緻雪鐵龍集團)與邦奇動力總成有限公司(“邦奇”)共同成立的合資公司，該合資公司負責設計、製造和供應具有突破性技術的DT2 E-DCT項目，應用於新能源平台化動力系統，終端裝配新一代輕度混合動力汽車(MHEV)、插電式混合動力汽車(PHEV)以及純電(BEV)車輛。該合資公司目前為歐洲汽車行業巨頭標緻 PSA 集團與菲亞特克萊斯勒汽車公司(FCA)合併後的全球性汽車集團 STELLANTIS 提供服務，隨後將計劃為全球其它汽車制造商提供服務。
DT2 E-DCT項目，是業內領先集成電機並應用於新一代輕度混合動力汽車(MHEV)、插電式混合動力汽車(PHEV)以及純電(BEV)車輛的變速箱，與傳統的內燃機汽車相比，使用該解決方案的汽車可節省大量燃料並降低二氧化碳排放。DT2 E-DCT 項目的市場終端應用客户為歐洲汽車行業巨頭標緻PSA 集團與菲亞特克萊斯勒汽車公司(FCA)合併後的全球性汽車集團STELLANTIS，旗下品牌眾多，品牌涉及瑪莎拉蒂，阿巴斯、阿爾法·羅密歐、克萊斯勒、雪鐵龍、道奇、DS、菲亞特、菲亞特商用車、Jeep、藍旗亞、歐寶、標緻、RAM、沃克斯豪爾，覆蓋超豪華、豪華、主流乘用車乃至重型皮卡、SUV 和輕型商務車等細分市場。
該項目是公司首次獲得直接出口海外的新能源汽車動力系統齒輪項目，標誌着公司在海外新能源汽車市場實現了業務上的突破。此外，合作協議中，雙方約定了公司產能投資的保障補償條款，印證了公司在新能源汽車產業鏈中的行業地位，並因此在商業模式上的積極轉變。
