經公司自查，公司於2021年8月6日在上海證券交易所網站披露的《北京天宜上佳高新材料股份有限公司2021年半年度報吿》對報吿期內公司經營情況進行了公吿：截至2021年6月30日，公司已形成粉末冶金閘片及合成閘片/閘瓦、結構功能一體化(碳纖維)複合材料製品、碳碳/碳陶複合材料製品、大型金屬結構件加工四大業務板塊。公司在四川江油天宜上佳智慧交通數字科技產業園計劃打造2000噸級碳碳材料生產線，服務於新能源光伏熱場、航空航天、汽車、軌道交通等領域。截至2021年8月6日，碳碳材料生產線首批生產設備全部到位。
2021年9月22日，公司在天宜上佳微信公眾號上發佈了一則《天宜上佳第一批碳碳沉積製品順利出爐》新聞，對公司碳碳材料製品生產線建設進展情況進行了介紹：天宜上佳控股子公司江油天力新陶碳碳材料科技有限公司(“天力新陶”)在四川江油天宜上佳智慧交通數字科技產業園建設的2000噸級碳碳材料生產線首批生產設備已投入使用，第一批碳碳沉積製品已順利出爐，經測試，產品質量及均勻性達到甚至超過預期。
截至公吿披露日，公司碳碳複合材料製品業務在手訂單總額為2.86億，2000噸級碳碳材料製品生產線目前已取得較大進展，共計500噸產能設備已全部進入投產狀態，碳碳複合材料製品500噸產能較年初計劃提前實現落地，按照目前進度，預計2000噸產能可於年內全部實現投產。截至目前，公司該產線自動化項目正在同步進行中，待全面投入使用後，碳碳材料產線的生產效率、產品性能及一致性還將進一步提升。
