聯創股份(300343.SZ)：前三季度淨利升658.29%至1.63億元
格隆匯10月18日丨聯創股份(300343.SZ)公佈，2021年前三季度，公司實現營業收入12.37億元；其中，含氟新材料板塊實現營業收入5.81億元，佔比46.99%，較上年同期增長71.1%；聚氨酯新材料板塊實現營業收入5.57億元，佔比45.08%，較上年同期增長26.11%；互聯網板塊實現營業收入9805.19萬元，佔比7.93%，較上年同期下降83.38%。
2021年前三季度，歸屬於上市公司的淨利潤1.63億元，較上年同期增長658.29%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.49億元，較上年同期增長296.86%。其中，含氟新材料板塊實現淨利潤2.22億元，較上年同期增長1096.02%；聚氨酯新材料板塊實現淨利潤413.08萬元，較上年同期下降70.36%；互聯網板塊實現淨利潤-1722.23萬元，較上年同期下降145.49%。
2021年前三季度，公司業績增長較快，主要受新能源鋰電材料產品市場行情的影響。其中主要產品R142b的下游需求增長明顯，導致其銷售價格大幅上漲，毛利潤提高，公司控股子公司山東華安新材料有限公司(簡稱“華安新材”)的業績同步大幅增長。報吿期末，公司對華安新材的持股比例由86.59%增至90%，自2021年第四季度起，華安新材對公司的業績貢獻會同步上升。同時華安新材PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)項目的陸續投產，預計將為公司帶來新的利潤增長點。
互聯網子公司上海趣閲數字科技有限公司(簡稱“上海趣閲”)下屬的持有待售資產上海麟動前三季度實現淨利潤為-2006.00萬元。截止本報吿發布之日，公司已通過掛牌出售方式出售上海趣閲100%股權，並已與受讓方簽訂了《產權交易合同》。該次交易完成後，公司不再持有上海趣閲股權，上海趣閲及其下屬子公司上海麟動不再納入公司合併報表範圍核算。
