《大行報告》花旗上調周大福(01929.HK)目標價至21.3元 評級「買入」
花旗發表報告,指在周大福(01929.HK)2022財年第二季的營運更新電話會議上,管理層在國慶黃金週繼續看到強勁的銷售表現,同店銷售和總零售銷貨價值分別按年增長26%和66%,主要歸因於婚宴帶動黃金產品及傳承系列的需求,及內地三、四線城市客戶對黃金需求增加。該行將周大福目標價由19.7元上調至21.3元,維持評級「買入」。
花旗指,管理層預計,2022財年內地收入將按年增長30%至40%,同店銷售目標調升至高單位數至低雙位數(原目標爲低至中單位數),開店數量由700間增加至1,000間。管理層表示,下半財年將開設更多自營店,主要位於商場,因受內地疫情反彈影響,商場開幕延誤,上半年開店計劃亦有所延後。
