中信國安(000839.SZ)：預計前三季度淨虧損3.55億元-5.05億元
格隆匯10月14日丨中信國安(000839.SZ)公佈2021年前三季度業績預吿，2021年1-9月，公司歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損3.55億元-5.05億元，基本每股虧損0.0906元/股-0.1288元/股。
2021年7-9月，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損1.15億元-2.65億元，基本每股虧損0.0293元/股-0.0676元/股。
報吿期業績虧損的主要原因為：
1、隨着公司減持參股公司三六零安全科技股份有限公司(“三六零科技”)股票，公司持股數量持續減少，三六零科技董事會於2021年5月換屆完成，公司在三六零科技不再佔有董事席位，公司對三六零科技不再具有重大影響，根據《企業會計準則》相關規定，公司通過浙江海寧國安睿威投資合夥企業(有限合夥)直接持有的三六零科技股權由長期股權投資轉為交易性金融資產進行核算，上述核算方式轉變產生虧損約1.20億元，該事項屬於非經常性損益。
2、受有線電視行業整體下滑影響，子公司北京國安廣視網絡有限公司業務開展未達預期，固定資產及無形資產折舊攤銷成本較大，收入未能覆蓋成本費用，導致前三季度產生虧損約1.03億元；另外，公司投資的部分有線電視合營、聯營公司虧損，權益法投資收益產生虧損約0.29億元。
3、受公司大股東影響，子公司北京國安信息科技有限公司融資受限，資金較為緊張，部分項目招投標無法正常開展，前三季度產生虧損約0.27億元。
4、公司於2021年6月收到中國證券監督管理委員會《行政處罰決定書》([2021]36號)，部分投資者基於處罰事項對公司提起證券虛假陳述民事賠償責任訴訟。公司根據《企業會計準則第13號—或有事項》相關規定，基於截至2021年9月30日的投資者訴訟情況，按照謹慎性原則計提預計負債約0.74億元，該事項屬於非經常性損益。
