聚隆科技(300475.SZ)：中文證券簡稱擬變更為“香農芯創”
格隆匯10月11日丨聚隆科技(300475.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年10月11日召開的第四屆董事會第十次(臨時)會議，審議通過了《關於變更公司名稱、經營範圍及修訂<公司章程>的議案》，公司擬變更公司全稱、證券簡稱、經營範圍並修訂《公司章程》。
公司中文全稱擬由“安徽聚隆傳動科技股份有限公司”變更為“香農芯創科技股份有限公司”； 公司英文全稱擬由“Anhui Julong Transmission Technology Co., Ltd.”變更為“Shannon Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd.”；
公司中文證券簡稱擬由“聚隆科技”變更為“香農芯創”； 公司英文證券簡稱擬由“Julong Tech”變更為“Shannon Semi”； 公司證券代碼不變更，仍為“300475”。
近年來，公司一直在謀求業務轉型。自去年開始，公司先後參股投資了多家半導體企業，涉及半導體產業鏈多個環節。今年，公司重點推進收購聯合創泰科技有限公司(“聯合創泰”)100%股權的重大資產重組事項。截至目前，重大資產重組事項已經順利完成，主營電子元器件分銷業務的聯合創泰成為公司的全資子公司，並於2021 年7 月開始納入公司合併報表。
根據中審眾環會計師事務所(特殊普通合夥)出具的《審閲報吿》中備考合併財務報表顯示，電子元器件分銷業務2020 年度營業收入、營業利潤佔比均超過合併報表數據的30%，公司此次變更公司全稱、證券簡稱符合《深圳證券交易所創業板上市公司規範運作指引》的相關規定。
收購聯合創泰完成後，公司主營業務已由電氣機械和器材製造業務變更為電子元器件分銷業務，公司現有名稱及證券簡稱已不能全面、準確地反映公司的業務內容與特點。為了更加全面、準確的反映主營業務變化，公司擬變更全稱及證券簡稱。
