格林美(002340.SZ)：將於2024-2026年向ECOPRO BM供應總量為65萬噸的NCA&NCM高鎳三元前驅體材料
格隆匯10月10日丨格林美(002340.SZ)公佈，在保障履約2021-2023年已經簽署的供應量基礎上，為保障公司高鎳前驅體2024-2026年產銷目標實施與鎖定訂單預期，公司與韓國ECOPRO株式會社子公司ECOPRO BM CO., LTD.(“ECOPRO BM”)在已簽署2021-2023年供應17.6萬噸高鎳前驅體基礎上(詳見公司2021年4月16日發佈的《關於與韓國ECOPRO BM公司簽署動力電池用高鎳前驅體(NCA和NCM)2021-2023年供應備忘錄的公吿》(公吿編號：2021-033)， 於近日就2024-2026年動力電池用NCA&NCM高鎳前驅體材料的供應簽署了備忘錄(MOU)。依據備忘錄，公司將於2024-2026年向ECOPRO BM供應總量為65萬噸的NCA&NCM高鎳三元前驅體材料。
ECOPRO是全球核心新能源動力用高鎳三元正極材料生產商，是SAMSUNG SDI與SK的核心供應商。此次簽署2024-2026年65萬噸NCM和NCA高鎳三元前驅體材料的供應備忘錄，提前鎖定2024-2026年高鎳三元前驅體的國際主流市場訂單與銷售業績預期，是公司與ECOPRO BM繼2021年4月簽署2021-2023年供應總量不少於17.6萬噸的NCA&NCM高鎳三元前驅體供應備忘錄後的又一次重大戰略合作，不僅將有效推進公司NCM和NCA高鎳三元前驅體材料製造產能的大規模擴展，為公司三元前驅體產品2025年產銷40萬噸遠景目標的落地實施提供強大的國際市場保障，進一步奠定公司在高鎳三元前驅體材料的全球市場核心地位，大幅提升公司以及雙方NCM高鎳和NCA三元材料的全球市場佔有率，助力公司打造世界核心的動力電池原料與高鎳三元前驅體材料製造基地，為“十四五”實現業績高增長奠定堅實基礎；而且標誌公司動力電池用最新一代高鎳前驅體材料全面佔領國際主流市場，進一步彰顯了公司在新能源動力電池用高鎳NCM和NCA前驅體材料方面的技術地位與質量品牌地位，對推動公司高鎳前驅體材料全面參與國際主流市場競爭，進一步拓展國際新能源高端動力電池市場具有積極推進作用，有利於提升公司動力電池材料業務的盈利能力和全球核心競爭力。有利於公司建設世界一流的低碳產業，在2030年率先實施碳中和，助推國家雙碳戰略順利實現。
