人行:續打擊金融科技行業壟斷 已要求金融科技平台組控股公司
綜合媒體報道,人民銀行行長易綱在國際結算銀行的會議表明,會繼續打擊金融科技行業的壟斷。他指當局會積極應付在演算法歧視和其他新形成的反競爭行為,同時繼續加強支付行業的監管,例如個人訊息服務等,所有金融服務必須先經過審批。人行已要求金融服務科技平台成立控股公司,納入所有金融相關業務,合併資產負債表加強監管。
易綱表示,內地金融科技監管就有三項原則,包括必須先獲得經營許可、不同業務之間有設置「防火牆」,例如保險和財富管理、防止跨業務的風險,亦要切斷銀行和非銀行的直接聯繫。
