保誠(02378.HK)：1.31億股新股今日已於聯交所主板上市
格隆匯10月4日丨保誠(02378.HK)公佈，於2021年9月30日，英國保誠(一間在亞洲及非洲提供人壽及健康保險以及資產管理產品的保險公司)宣佈其股份發售獲超額認購。
股份發售項下發行的130,780,350股新股份今日已於香港聯交所主板以股份代號2378開始買賣。新股份亦已於新加坡證券交易所上市，並將於今日獲納入倫敦證券交易所的主要市場及金融行為監管局正式上市名單的高級上市分部。新股份已於英國保誠的公開發售及配售完成後獲接納，籌得約185億港元或24億美元。
鑑於亞洲及非洲目標市場廣闊的增長投資機遇，股份發售的所得款項將用於保持及提升英國保誠的財務靈活性。英國保誠在香港及東南亞擁有領先地位，亦發現中國、印度、印尼及泰國這些規模最大的經濟體藴藏的廣闊增長機遇。
集團擁有獨特的競爭優勢，包括在中國內地可觸達83%的國內生產總值；在英國保誠經營所在的11個市場中，旗下泛亞洲資產管理公司瀚亞在其中七個市場穩居前十位，以及多渠道分銷策略(涵蓋頂尖的代理隊伍及由超過28,000個銀行網點組成的龐大銀行保險網絡)。
英國保誠在香港籌集股本，藉以擴大在該地區的投資者基礎及增加其股份在香港的流動性。英國保誠自2010年起便在香港這個國際主要金融中心擁有雙重主要上市地位，是項交易彰顯英國保誠對香港的信心。
