寶尊電商-SW(09991.HK)：寶通將獲菜鳥網絡2.179億美元戰略投資
格隆匯9月30日丨寶尊電商-SW(09991.HK)公吿，中國北京，2021年9月30日，協助品牌在中國執行其電商策略的領先品牌電商服務合作伙伴寶尊電商有限公司（納斯達克代碼：BZUN，港股代碼：9991.HK）及其倉儲及履行解決方案的全資子公司寶通有限公司，已與菜鳥網絡就其對寶通30%股權投資簽訂股份購買及認購協議。寶尊、寶通和菜鳥網絡也簽署了一份業務合作協議，以進一步探索和開發品牌電商機遇。
本次投資款項為2.179億美元，本次投資受慣例成交條件約束。寶尊相信，菜鳥網絡的投資將助力寶通加速捕捉中國電商行業的增長機遇。本次投資完成後，公司將藉助菜鳥網絡全國性的物流專長及標準化技術，進一步改善成本結構並豐富服務種類。
同時寶尊、寶通及菜鳥網絡簽署了業務合作協議，各方共同探索及開發定製化、高價值和數字化的物流服務前沿解決方案。寶通和菜鳥網絡將保持密切合作，進一步探索和挖掘電商機遇，擴展尖端物流服務場景。
