寧滬高速(600377.SH):擬協議轉讓江蘇快鹿汽車運輸11.98%的股份
格隆匯9月28日丨寧滬高速(600377.SH)公佈,2021年9月28日,公司與江蘇交控簽署《股權轉讓協議》,向江蘇交控協議轉讓其持有目標公司江蘇快鹿汽車運輸股份有限公司1800萬股股份(佔目標公司已發行股份的11.98%),此次轉讓的轉讓價暫定為人民幣1676.65萬元(最終以國有資產監督管理部門備案確認的評估結果調整)。完成轉讓後,公司於目標公司的持股比例將由原先的33.20%下降至21.22%。
