《即日市評》港股反覆上落 中海油彈 航運股受壓
美團(03690.HK)及匯控(00005.HK)造好,但阿裏(09988.HK)偏軟,港股今日反覆上落。中國打擊虛擬貨幣致部份美科技股下跌,美股納指上週五微跌不足0.1%,道指上週五則升0.1%;執筆之時美國十年期國債孳息率攀升至1.479釐,美匯指數升至93.43,美股道指期貨最新升139點或0.4%,納指期貨最新升0.07%。孟晚舟乘坐中國政府包機於9月25日晚抵達深圳,市場關注中美關係未來發展。內地多地限電,市場擔心影響製造業表現,國家電網指將盡最大可能避免出現拉閘限電情況,上證綜指全日跌30點或0.8%收3,582點、深證成指跌0.09%、內地創業板指數升0.7%,滬深兩市成交額1.37萬億人民幣。 恆指今早低開60點,其後升幅曾反覆擴大至316點見24,509點,但其後升幅顯着收窄,尾市曾掉頭向下,最終收市升16點或0.07%,收24,208點;國指跌21點或0.25%,收8,583點;恆生科技指數跌56點或0.91%,收6,103點。大市全日成交總額1,489億元,滬、深港通南下交易分別淨流入13.45億及25.68億元人民幣。 濠賭股走弱,金沙中國(01928.HK)及銀娛(00027.HK)股價各走低4%及3.6%,新濠國際(00200.HK)挫9.5%,內地及澳門近日新增的新冠肺炎確診病例,市場料原先十一黃金週旺季必受到疫情所拖累。 【中海油彈高 華能華電弱】 中海油(00883.HK)全日股價上揚5.1%收8.48元。大和發表報告表示,中海油公佈計劃回到上海證券交易所進行A股IPO計劃,目標是藉發行不超過26億股的股票,以籌集350億元人民幣,這意味着每股發行股價至少爲13.46元人民幣,較中海油上週五(24日)港股收市價8.07港元有顯着溢價。該行將中海油A股IPO價格視爲中海油H股價重估的基準。 部份內地電力股回落,華能(00902.HK)股價下滑11.8%,華電(01071.HK)股價挫12.7%,而華潤電力(00836.HK)股價跌2%。花旗發表報告指,華能及華電近兩個月股價各累升75%及61%,主要是市場憧憬受惠新能源業務發展、憧憬內地電價可調高以抵銷煤價上漲,但該行料華能及華電於今年第三季業績會錄虧損,因單位燃煤價格已按年上升逾30%,料小幅電價上調難以抵銷煤價上漲的影響。 【跌股千一隻 中遠海控挫】 港股今日主板市寬續弱,主板股票的升跌比率爲14比28(上日爲13比29),下跌股份1,178只(跌幅3.1%);恆指成份股今日22只股份上升,下跌股份34只,升跌比率爲37比57(上日爲12比88);大市今日錄沽空220.98億元,佔可沽空股份成交1,283.34億元的17.219%(上日16.672%)。 中遠海控(01919.HK)全日股價急挫14.3%收12.08元,海豐國際(01308.HK)股價下滑14.4%,而中遠海發(02866.HK)及太平洋航運(02343.HK)股價各跌8.3%及10.8%。傑富瑞發表亞太區航運業報告,就集裝箱現貨運價連續第三週漲幅放緩,難免令市場關注集裝箱運價是否已見頂,但該行認爲運價仍未見頂,估計在聖誕節的航運窗口關閉(可能是10月底)之前,由於港口擁堵持續惡化,料相關費率將會上漲,估計至今年年底,乾散貨、油輪和航空貨運的收益季節性更強。 該行指,據上海航運交易所的出口集裝箱運價指數(SCFI)按周僅微升0.2%,錄今年下半年以來按周最少漲幅,並連續第三週漲幅放緩;但無論如何,今年第三季以來相關運價指數平均升32%,預計這將導致中遠下個月發佈積極的盈利預測以及日本航運公司盈利指引將會上調。
