中煙香港(6055.HK)漲近11% 擬斥資近5億港幣收購母企巴西煙草業務
格隆匯9月27日丨上週五盤中一度衝高漲超8%至16.36港元的中煙香港(6055.HK)今日再度大漲,盤中漲近11%至17.26港元,市值近120億港元。公司上週五公吿,公司向控股股東中國煙草總公司收購巴西業務China Tabaco Internacional do Brasil Ltda.全部股權,代價為6340萬美元(約4.95億港元)。公司表示,標的集團位於巴西,主要從事煙葉採購、加工、銷售及出口以及銷售煙草生產固有的農用物資,現時乃集團的重要煙葉供應商。
