凱美特氣(002549.SZ)：控股子公司準分子激光氣體產品收到美國Coherent公司測試確認函
格隆匯9月26日丨凱美特氣(002549.SZ)公佈，公司控股子公司岳陽凱美特電子特種稀有氣體有限公司(“凱美特電子特種氣體公司”)生產的用於ExciStar激光器的193nm激光混配氣已在Coherent(相干)德國公司設備上經過了測試，並於2021年9月24日收到Coherent(相干)公司發來的針對以上激光混配氣產品通過其測試結果的確認函。

Coherent(相干)公司對凱美特電子特種氣體公司準分子激光氣體產品的測試結果證明了公司準分子激光氣體的產品質量以及在電子特種氣體領域的鋼瓶內壁處理技術的能力，含氟ppm 級別多組分氣體混配以及氣體分析等綜合實力已達到國際一流水平，有利於樹立公司在電子特種氣體行業的高品質形象，準分子激光氣體可廣泛應用於醫療、光刻、OLED 顯示等行業，對於公司未來批量銷售電子特種氣體產品具有積極意義。公司目前為全球為數不多的具備完整準分子激光氣體生產及分析能力的氣體企業。
此次產品測試的確認函暫時未對公司營業收入、利潤造成影響。認證程序還有多批次測試，目前尚未實際形成產品銷售以及協議的簽署。
