一代“掌舵人”黯然離場，海航集團董事長陳峯被依法採取強制措施

“海航系”徹底吿別陳峯時代。
9月24日晚，海航集團有限公司公吿，今接到海南公安機關通知，海航集團有限公司董事長陳峯、首席執行官譚向東因涉嫌違法犯罪，被依法採取強制措施。海航集團及其成員企業運轉穩定有序，破產重整工作依法順利推進，生產經營不受任何影響。
據海航集團官網，陳峯為海航集團的創始人，於1993年與創始團隊創建海航集團，現擔任海航集團有限公司董事長。陳峯畢業於德國漢莎航空運輸管理學院，並獲得荷蘭馬斯特裏赫特管理學院工商管理碩士學位。他也曾獲得美國哈佛大學商學院高級管理畢業證書。

另據天眼查顯示，陳峯還在大新華航空有限公司擔任法定代表人。

譚向東自2001年起，擔任海航集團董事會董事，2013年-2016年期間，擔任海航集團董事會副董事長兼總裁。2016年-2020年期間擔任海航集團董事會副董事長兼首席執行官。2020年起擔任海航集團董事會董事兼首席執行官。

另據海南航空官微披露，9月24日傍晚，海南省海航集團聯合工作組組長、海航集團黨委書記顧剛主持召開海航集團黨員幹部大會，海航集團清算組組長、聯合工作組常務副組長任清華，聯合工作組、集團黨委、集團總部、產業集團、事業部、主要運營企業的2700餘名黨員和幹部員工代表現場和視頻方式參會。
顧剛首先傳達學習海南省委辦公廳關於進一步加強黨的領導相關文件精神，通報了海航集團陳峯等人因涉嫌違法被採取強制措施的情況。表示當前海航集團風險處置工作進入衝刺時期，集團上下要進一步堅持和加強黨的全面領導，確保風險處置工作統一意志、統一行動、步調一致向前進。

不久前，海航集團的破產重整剛剛迎來重要進展。
9月12日晚，*ST海航公吿稱，目前，管理人已經確定海航集團航空主業戰略投資者為遼寧方大集團實業有限公司，若投資完成，戰略投資者可能成為公司控股股東。
同屬海航旗下的*ST基礎公吿，管理人已經確定海航集團機場板塊戰略投資者為海南省發展控股有限公司，若投資完成，戰略投資者可能成為公司控股股東。公開信息顯示，海南省國資委持有海南省發展控股有限公司90%股權。
*ST基礎公吿顯示，重整計劃將對海航基礎進行出資人權益調整，具體為：以海航基礎現有 A 股股票約390,759.25萬股為基數，按照每10股轉增20股實施資本公積金轉增，轉增股票約781,518.49萬股。
據悉，經海南高院同意，海航控股及十家子公司重整案第二次債權人會議將於9月27日上午9時以網絡會議方式召開。海航基礎及二十家子公司重整案第二次債權人會議則將於9月28日上午9時召開。
9月21日，海南省海航集團聯合工作組組長、海航集團集團黨委書記顧剛表示，海航作為國內第四大航空集團，如順利完成重整，根據引戰條件，海南航空的品牌、註冊地及名稱將永遠不變，這是對海南熱土與人民的感謝，是戰略投資者對自貿港的信心，也是對所有海航人心聲的迴應。相應，其他各有地方政府參與的所有航司，品牌、名稱和註冊地也不會有任何變化，將繼續為所在地的經濟發展做貢獻。
