新加坡美食控股(08496.HK)發盈警,預期截至6月底止年度錄虧損490萬坡元,而去年度爲純利100萬坡元。公司指,主因烘焙坊數量增加導致經營成本增加,以及使用權資產折舊開支增加;餐廳業務原材料成本增加導致所使用原材料及消耗品增加;法律及專業費用增加;使用權資產及廠房及設備減值分別增加;關閉若幹烘焙坊及餐廳,導致出售廠房及設備之虧損增加;租金優惠減少和收益減少。
