《全日總結》恆指倒升122點 內房股彈 友邦漲近6%

美股道指昨日(20日)跌逾600點或1.8%，港股今反覆回升。恆指低開231點，早段曾跌327點一度低見23,771點，其後反覆回升，曾倒升185點見24,284點，全日升122點或0.51%，收24,221點；國指升1點或0.02%，收8,640點；恆生科技指數跌28點或0.46%，收6,242點。大市全日成交總額1,192.02億元，滬、深港通南下交易因內地中秋節假期暫停。
恆大系方面，恆大(03333.HK)跌0.4%報2.27元，恆大物業(06666.HK)升2.9%報4.2元，恆大汽車(00708.HK)平收報2.9元，恆騰(00136.HK)跌2%報2.04元。富力(02777.HK)獲提供80億元資金，並向碧桂園服務(06098.HK)出售旗下富良環球。富力反彈12.1%報4.81元。碧桂園服務升6.2%報47.9元。
其他內房股反彈，碧桂園(02007.HK)及融創(01918.HK)各升8.9%及8.5%，雅居樂(03383.HK)升7.9%，世茂(00813.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)、龍光(03380.HK)及奧園(03883.HK)各升6%及6.3%。中海外(00688.HK)、萬科(02202.HK)及潤地(01109.HK)各升3.2%、4%及4.9%。地產軟件供應商明源雲(00909.HK)亦升4.1%。
金融股方面，匯控(00005.HK)跌0.5%報38.6元，港交所(00388.HK)升1.2%報484.4元，友邦(01299.HK)升6%報88.75元。渣打(02888.HK)跌2.3%報44.25元。民行(01988.HK)反彈3.3%，中國平安(02318.HK)及財險(02328.HK)各反彈2.4%及2.7%。
科技股方面，騰訊(00700.HK)跌0.9%報450元，阿裏巴巴(09988.HK)跌1.8%報148.7元，美團(03690.HK)跌1.7%報230.6元，小米(01810.HK)升1.3%報23.1元，京東(09618.HK)、百度(09888.HK)、快手((01024.HK)及網易(09999.HK)各升1.3%至1.9%。
恆地(00012.HK)、長實地產(01113.HK)及九倉置業(01997.HK)各升2.1%、4.1%及2.7%。濠賭股銀娛(00027.HK)及金沙中國(01928.HK)升3.5%及4%，新濠國際(00200.HK)升4.5%。
內需股方面，海底撈(06862.HK)跌2.7%，呷哺呷哺(00520.HK)升3.4%。電力股龍源(00916.HK)及中國電力(02380.HK)各升5.4%及6.5%，華潤電力(00836.HK)及華能國電(00902.HK)各升4.1%及3.4%。
