三友化工(600409.SH)：三友硅業與有研粉材簽署合作框架協議
格隆匯9月17日丨三友化工(600409.SH)公佈，2021年9月16日，公司控股子公司唐山三友硅業有限責任公司(“三友硅業”)與有研粉末新材料股份有限公司(“有研粉材”)簽署了《合作框架協議》。協議有限期五年，自雙方簽字蓋章之日起生效。如協議期滿，雙方不提出異議，該協議繼續有效。
雙方秉承協作開放、資源共享、聯合創新的合作關係基礎，深入開展全方位的合作，包括但不限於以下內容：
1.雙方共建“金屬粉體材料產業技術研究院”國家級平台的產業示範平台——“化工領域催化劑粉體材料共性技術示範平台”，共同攻克行業共性技術。
2.雙方重點圍繞與三友硅業有機硅單體生產設備相匹配的專用銅基催化劑粉末材料體系，提高二甲基二氯硅烷選擇性；圍繞廢觸體回收再利用，研製綠色環保的回收再利用技術，用其製備低成本高性能的銅基催化劑，實現循環經濟可持續發展。
3.雙方根據需要，以具體項目合作的方式，開展專項技術的研發及產業化，開展生產技術診斷、技術改造與升級、新產品新工藝研發、生產經營優化等服務工作。雙方合作產生的科研成果，知識產權歸雙方共有。
4.雙方可根據需要共同組建工程技術(研發)中心。雙方可聯合，也可依託共同組建的研發平台，申報省部級及以上平台建設項目、科技研發項目等，提高雙方科技驅動高質量發展的動力。
5.雙方分別在各自公司圍繞長期合作建立試驗平台，為雙方科研人員提供必要的工作場所、技術培訓和配套保障。
6.充分發揮三友硅業設備優勢和生產條件，為有研粉材提供良好的生產實驗條件，在不影響企業正常生產經營的情況下，為有研粉材科研人員到三友硅業學習提供有力支撐。
7.充分發揮有研粉材科研技術優勢和先進的儀器設備條件，為三友硅業提供良好的技術培訓和實驗條件，在不影響企業正常生產經營的情況下，為三友硅業科研人員到有研粉材學習培訓提供有力支撐。
8.雙方發揮各自在學術、企業、行業、區域和國家的影響力，共同舉辦與三友硅業生產經營和有研粉材學術領域相關的學術會議、技術論壇及行(企)業戰略發展研討會等，擴大雙方在多層次的影響力。
