格隆匯9月16日丨五洲新春(603667.SH)公佈關於股票交易風險提示公吿，公司股票於2021年9月13日、9月14日、9月15日連續三個交易日內日收盤價格漲幅偏離值累計達到20%，根據《上海證券交易所交易規則》的有關規定，屬於股票交易異常波動。9月16日公司股價再次漲停，剔除大盤整體因素後，公司股價近期實際短期波動幅度較大。

1、股價較高的風險
公司股票自2021年9月1日起有5個交易日漲停，股價在12個交易日裏累計漲幅高達59.85%，公司基本面未發生重大變化，近期公司股價剔除大盤和板塊整體因素後的實際波動較大，且近期公司股票換手率與前期相比明顯升高，單日最高達9.53%，截止2021年9月16日收盤，公司股價從年初至今漲幅為227.33%，近一個月漲幅為61.71%，公司動態市盈率37.05倍，滾動市盈率53.20倍，靜態市盈率99.61倍。請投資者理性決策，注意投資風險。
2、業績預測的風險
媒體報道中張峯作出的關於業績目標、產能規劃、產品成材率、總體銷售目標、毛利率等諸多方面的規劃是基於對公司產能的預計以及對行業的研判，屬於目標推測，無數據驗證，能否實現具有不確定性。請投資者理性決策，注意投資風險。
3、業績增速不確定的風險
公司2021年1-6月實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8347萬元，較2020年同期的2930萬元增長185%，較2019年同期的6091萬元增長37%。受疫情的影響，公司2020年上半年淨利潤降幅較大，基數較低，與之相比，公司2021年上半年淨利潤增幅較大，公司業績未來能否保持該等增速存在不確定性。
4、風電業務體量較小，業績不達預期的風險
在風電業務方向，公司生產的產品主要為風電滾子，2021年上半年實現的營業收入為2498萬元，佔公司整體業務收入的比例為2.17%，公司風電領域產品目前業務體量較小，公司的主業為軸承的研發、生產和銷售，公司生產的風電滾子在風電行業屬於上游，在風電站的總造價中所佔比重較低，與風電下游業務的業績增長節奏不一定同步，媒體報道中張峯先生關於風電產能的規劃是基於對公司產能的預計以及行業發展作出的預判，屬於目標推測，沒有數據驗證，未來能否實現具有不確定性。請投資者理性決策，注意投資風險。
5、新能源汽車業務佔比較小，業績不達預期的風險
公司的汽車軸承產品、汽車氣體發生器安全件、汽車熱管理系統零部件在傳統燃油車和新能源車上均有應用，公司新能源汽車板塊目前業務佔比較小。新能源汽車軸承產品營業收入大概為2800萬元，佔公司軸承業務收入的比例約為5%；新能源汽車安全件、新能源汽車熱管理系統零部件(汽車空調管路組件)實現的業務收入大概分別為380萬元、2000萬元，佔同類汽車業務的比例分別約為10%、20%~30%。
