NOMAD TECH(08645.HK)與杭州超級科技訂立戰略合作協議
格隆匯9月15日丨NOMAD TECH(08645.HK)公吿，於2021年9月15日，公司的間接全資附屬公司米蟲科技信息(深圳)有限公司("米蟲(深圳)")已與杭州超級科技有限公司("超級科技"，連同米蟲(深圳)統稱"訂約方")訂立戰略合作協議，以於2021年10月1日起至2024年12月31日止期間，在為對服務器及信息安全有更高要求的公司提供基於雲計算及區塊鏈技術的互聯網解決方案及產品領域建立全面深入的戰略合作伙伴關係。
戰略合作協議的內容載述如下：(i)基於超級科技現有的主打互聯網安全防護產品超級盾(分佈式拒絕服務防禦專家)，訂約方在服務及銷售業務以及為特定行業用户定製安全防護解決方案領域結成夥伴關係。超級科技將授權米蟲(深圳)為此類產品的銷售及服務代理(即中華人民共和國("中國")境內一般代理；及中國境外區域獨家代理)，並將根據超級科技的銷售代理機制與米蟲(深圳)單獨簽訂代理協議。根據該夥伴關係，超級科技將提供產品以及相關技術與運行維護服務，米蟲(深圳)則將提供相關市場營銷資源以及產品促銷及銷售；
(ii)訂約方將在互聯網安防產品以外的互聯網產品(包括但不限於雲服務器、內容分發網絡、視頻點播及數據庫)開發及銷售領域以戰略伙伴方式合作；
(iii)超級科技將充分利用自身的硬件、系統、網絡及其他基礎資源，為米蟲(深圳)提供物理服務器，以開展網絡遊戲公司的高防服務器租賃業務。超級科技將提供物理服務器的技術支持和維護；米蟲(深圳)則將負責物理服務器的開發、運行、銷售服務及運行管理成。超級科技與米蟲(深圳)按1:9的比例分享該業務產生的營運收入；
(iv)訂約雙方應為對方提供充分的商業及技術支持，且訂約方應積極溝通，實現資源共享。訂約雙方應共同設計及銷售產品與服務；
(v)一方將及時反饋其自市場或客户處瞭解到的有關另一方產品或服務的信息，並相互督促產品或服務的改進；
(vi)訂約方將開展人才交叉培訓合作，以便提升訂約雙方的市場競爭力。
內容有關公司擬拓展其提供網絡支援服務及網絡連接服務的現有業務至中國市場。戰略合作協議構成公司拓展業務的其中部分。此外，董事會認為合作將為集團帶來重大商機，可將業務拓展至其他信息技術相關業務領域，包括但不限於互聯網安全防禦業務及高防服務器租賃業務。
