皇氏集團(002329.SZ)：簽署農光互補及新型萬頭奶水牛鄉村振興示範園項目投資協議書
格隆匯9月14日丨皇氏集團(002329.SZ)公佈，為響應國家農村農業部“十四五”奶業振興規劃，進一步做大做強奶水牛產業，加快推進清潔能源開發與鄉村振興事業，公司於2021年9月13日與賓陽縣人民政府授權代表、長江三峽集團重慶能源投資有限公司授權代表簽署了《農光互補及新型萬頭奶水牛鄉村振興示範園項目投資協議書》。
投資總額約11億元人民幣，其中現代智慧化萬頭奶水牛產業綜合體投資約5億元人民幣，農光互補生態園項目投資約6億元。
公司擬主要租賃土地建設萬頭奶水牛牧場，購置約100畝建設用地建設胚胎實驗室及種質資源庫、深加工工廠(包括鮮牛奶、奶酪、配方奶粉生產等深加工)、特色旅遊小鎮等及其配套設施，計劃養殖萬頭奶水牛，總投資約5億元，2025年實現產值10億元，預計貢獻税收1000萬元。同時，帶動區域村民種植經濟價值高的牧草，並負責牧草消化，提高居民收入，避免了秸稈焚燒造成大氣污染問題。
長江三峽集團重慶能源投資有限公司，擬利用公司建(構)築物屋頂建設分佈式光伏，飼料種植區建設農光互補生態園，投資約6億元。
農光互補及新型萬頭奶水牛鄉村振興示範園項目是公司十四五全面推進奶水牛全產業鏈戰略的重要標誌，賓陽奶水牛牧場前身為中國農科院水牛所發祥之地，公司首先聚焦國際優質種源遺傳擴繁全面提升廣西自控牧場養殖規模(以緩解奶源供應壓力)以及探索華南優質奶水牛(奶肉兼用)種源擴張；其次項目實施過程中也將秉承鄉村振興產業初心，提振區域種植畜牧和乳製品深加工能力創造就業，為南寧建設“中國奶水牛之都”貢獻力量；最後本合作項目是公司與央企共建資源循環大型牧場的首次深度合作探索，助力碳中和，做好企業ESG，新模式將充分利用公司牧場土地和農牧資源結合清潔新能源產業共同集約開發，通過協同不僅可以降低公司牧場建設成本，助力牧場效能的提升，更開拓了公司乳業板塊十四五牧場建設的新思路。
