合宝丰年(08406.HK)控股权易手 获提出强制性无条件现金要约 今复牌
合宝丰年(08406.HK)公布,要约人同意自Nonton收购4.28亿股股份,及自Blink Wishes收购1.72亿股股份,合共6亿股股份,占已发行股本75%,涉资7,200万元,相当于每股为0.12元,较停牌前收市价0.175元,折让约31.43%。
要约人同时提出强制性无条件现金要约,以0.12元向股东收购股份,涉约2亿股,占已发行股本的25%,即相等于最高现金代价为2,400万元。
要约人有意维持公司于联交所上市。公司今早复牌。
