攀鋼釩鈦(000629.SZ)：與大連博融就共同推進釩儲能產業的發展達成戰略合作協議
格隆匯9月10日丨攀鋼釩鈦(000629.SZ)公佈，2021年9月10日，公司與大連博融新材料有限公司(“大連博融”)在四川省攀枝花市簽訂了戰略協議，雙方就產品及服務、生產合作、平台搭建、市場拓展、技術合作及資本合作等方面達成戰略合作意向。
甲方：攀鋼集團釩鈦資源股份有限公司，乙方：大連博融新材料有限公司；雙方本着優勢互補、互利共贏的原則，為更好發揮各自優勢，共同推進釩儲能產業的發展，達成以下戰略合作協議。
甲方根據生產資源平衡以及乙方釩儲能項目需要，可以優先安排提供釩產品供應乙方。乙方根據生產情況及甲方釩儲能項目需要，可以對甲方優先提供釩電解液、釩電池儲能系統代加工等服務。根據雙方協商的供應模式，給予對方優惠價格、優先排產等優惠待遇。
根據儲能產業發展狀況，雙方商議共同投資，建設釩電解液工廠，逐步擴大釩電池產業規模。後期，根據儲能市場增長情況，雙方適時啟動釩電池儲能裝備生產合作，產能與釩電解液產能相配套。
基於釩電解液可循環利用的屬性，為有效降低全釩液流電池儲能綜合成本，雙方依託各自優勢，聯合相關方面，搭建共享平台，共同推進釩電池儲能產業商業化進程。
雙方充分發揮各自優勢和影響力，聯合拓展釩電池儲能市場，推動釩電池在鋼鐵行業減碳降耗、新能源發電和電網調峯服務等領域的工程示範和推廣應用，提升釩電池儲能的市場影響力和競爭力。
雙方可共建產業技術聯盟，通過多種合作方式，對包括釩電池、高純釩等釩產業關鍵技術進行聯合攻關，加速技術突破與成果轉化，共同推進釩產業高質量發展。
根據雙方合作的發展進度以及市場的增長趨勢，甲方可通過股權投資等方式與乙方加強深度合作，並共同推進雙方在資本市場的合作。
該協議有效期為五年，自雙方法定代表人(或授權委託代理人)簽字並加蓋公章之日起生效，在協議期滿前三個月雙方可就本協議是否進行延期進行協商。
此次公司與大連博融簽訂戰略協議，符合公司發展戰略，是貫徹落實國家“碳達峯、碳中和”以及推動新型產業發展政策的舉措，對充分發揮雙方的戰略優勢及協同效應、對公司擴大釩產品的應用領域、進一步做優做強釩產業具有積極意義。
