煜盛文化(01859.HK)財務狀況穩健 已達成所有復牌條 6日復牌
格隆匯9月3日丨煜盛文化(01859.HK)公佈，於本公吿日期，公司已達成所有復牌條件並獲聯交所信納。公司已申請股份自2021年9月6日上午9時正起恢復於聯交所買賣，而聯交所已接納申請。
據悉，公司於2020年已完成及播放多部電視劇並於2021年繼續製作新劇，如：《耀眼的你》於2020年1月播出；及電影《獨佔我的校董大人》（前稱《北漂愛情故事2》）於2020年7月完成拍攝。此外，公司獨家投資的電視劇《一念無間》於2020年1月完成製作，後期製作於2021年完成，並根據有關部門的意見進入發行階段。於2021年6月30日，公司牽頭的三部新影視知識產權中的兩部已完成拍攝，進入發行階段。預期第三部電視劇將於2021年第三季度開始製作。上述三項知識產權的總投資預計不超過人民幣2億元。
公司綜藝節目製作業務按照集團於2020年制定的方針進展正常及於2021年6月30日，如：《穿越時間的味道》於2020年1月播映完畢；《我們的樂隊》於2020年3月播放；《你好!面試官》第八季於2020年6月播放，並於2021年第一季度全部播出完畢；獲國家廣播電視總局推薦的本公司原創項目《致敬百年風華》已完成製作及於2021年順利播出；原創文化紀實類真人秀節目《從長江的盡頭回家》於2021年順利播出，並於2021年6月榮獲第27屆上海電視節白玉蘭獎最佳電視綜藝節目提名。
此外，集團來自企業贊助商的內容相關收入從2019年的約人民幣1.29億元增加約84.7%至2020年的約人民幣2.38億元，主要由於播放節目數量增加及來自廣吿服務的收入增長。
在內容電商業務中為企業贊助商的內容相關產品提供直銷渠道。公司聘請多渠道網絡(MCN)機構提供媒體營銷解決方案、安排關鍵意見領袖(KOL)或網紅在媒體平台進行直播。為確保從該業務線獲得收入，將其發展成為不斷增長的收入來源，集團預計將逐步增加該業務的預算。董事會認為，投資於該業務符合集團擴展其主營業務的業務策略。
集團繼續維持穩健的財務狀況。資產總值由2020年12月31日的約人民幣14.5億元增加至2021年6月30日的人民幣14.8億元，主要由於節目版權增加約人民幣1.71億元。債務資產比率由2020年12月31日的23.6%下降至2021年6月30日的21.6%。董事認為，集團財務狀況穩健，並有足夠資源支持其運營並滿足其可預見的資本支出。
